When you call us to report a problem, one of our experienced service desk team will give you some immediate over-the-phone technical support to help rule out and troubleshoot common problems. This may mean you don’t even need an engineer to visit.
Our service desk team members have many years’ combined experience of repairing equipment, and our service manager has an engineering background, so can help diagnose problems over the phone too.
If the problem persists, one of our engineers will be despatched on the same day or as early as possible the following day, depending on what time you report the problem.
All of our engineers are accredited, manufacturer-trained engineers, which means that they have specialist knowledge and can repair and maintain equipment to the manufacturers’ specifications, safeguarding your warranties.
